Rejoicing in Being Together: Purim at BJ

Purim 2020 was an uncertain, fearful time as the world started to become nervous about COVID-19. Two years later, Jews around the world were thrilled to be able to celebrate the holiday again with joy, hope, and ruah (spirit). At BJ, we took the direction to release into Purim to heart as we rejoiced in being together.

New York City’s Fox affiliate featured BJ and other local synagogues as we celebrated Purim in person for the first time in two years.
