Torah for Our Time with Rabbi Eric Solomon

  • Remote Access Only

Join Rabbi Eric Solomon for this week’s installment of Torah for our Time.

This six-part series—taught by alumni of the Marshall T. Meyer Rabbinic Fellowship—brings the wisdom of our tradition to some of the deepest themes of our time. Be sure to join us for upcoming sessions with Rabbis Brent Spodek and Michelle Dardashti.

Rabbi Eric Solomon (Marshall T. Meyer Fellow 1999-2001) shares spiritual leadership of Beth Meyer Synagogue in Raleigh, NC with his wife, Rabbi Dr. Jenny Solomon. Rabbi Solomon currently serves on the City of Raleigh Human Relations Commission and the Interfaith I-CARE Team of the Raleigh Police Department. He is also the founding co-chair of the North Carolina Jewish Clergy Association.  He traveled as a Global Justice Fellow to Ghana and Guatemala with American Jewish World Service, developed his spiritual practice with teachers from the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, and holds the title of Senior Rabbinic Fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem. In the past, he served as the co-chair of Truah: The Rabbinic Call for Human Rights. Rabbi Solomon loves playing tennis and is an avid runner.
