Twenty-four people were killed and more than 300 wounded in the bombings of Neve Shalom and Beth Israel in Turkey. The majority of the
dead were not Jewish, and included Muslim police assigned to protect the synagogues. As such, the Turkish Jewish community has requested
that all support be non-sectarian. When we received the tragic news of the most recent attacks that killed, at the time of this
writing, 26, and injured another 450, both organizations assured us that their assistance would expand to help the victims of all these attacks.
