Looking for an alternative to sitting with your parents at High Holy Day
services this year? We are looking for young adults to help with Children's
Services on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. If you are interested in helping,
please contact Hollis Kramer, Director of Family Life, x244 or
hkramer@bj.org.
What kind of New Year's celebration is Rosh Hashanah, anyway? Join other
teens for a different kind of celebration, complete with food and drink, on
the Second Day of Rosh Hashana. Catch up on everyone's summer vacations and
talk about what's going on for teens at BJ this year. Watch the Kol
Jeshurun for specifics on time and place.
Please watch this space for updates on Gesher, BJ's teen program. A
description of topics of study and social action projects will be posted in
a few weeks. For more information, please contact Hollis Kramer, Director
of Family Life, x244 orhkramer@bj.org.
