Calling all teens: volunteer for the Midnight Run and take part in the amazing mitzvah of distributing food, clothing, blankets, and personal care items to the homeless poor. The most meaningful part of the Midnight Run is the human exchange that happens between our volunteers and the houseless. Midnight Run is a way to forge trust, sharing, and understanding with our neighbors.

Parents/guardians and teens should register separately.

If you’re not available the night of, but available the week before to volunteer, reach out to Kai.

Along with volunteers, donations are vital to the success of Midnight Run. We are grateful for any and all that we receive.* You can purchase some much-needed items via our Amazon Wishlist.

In addition, any donations of adult-sized t-shirts, sweaters/long-sleeve shirts, sweatshirts, pants, coats, and blankets are all appreciated.

* Please do not donate children’s clothing, swimsuits, or any dirty/used items.

Donations will be collected April 4, April 10, April 19, and May 3 between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM at the entrance of the BJ Community House on 89th Street. There will be a large, clearly-marked box where you can drop off your items.
