Tze’irim – Havdalah and “Chefugee” Dinner
Saturday, February 24 | 8:00PM | BJ Community House
20s and 30s are invited to join us for a very special evening with Lutfi, a chef and refugee from Syria, who will prepare a traditional Syrian dinner for us. Lufti will share about his family history and the food he is preparing, as well as his personal story of being a refugee. Learn about the Syrian refugee experience, and how we, as young professionals at BJ, have the ability and opportunity to provide support.
This dinner is being held in partnership with Komeeda’s Displaced Kitchens.
